Catalogue products displayed with an Order now button are available for ordinary lawful use under their product description and order details. This policy also governs custom requests and every file, image, prompt or instruction you submit to Adoryl.

Instant quote limits

• The instant quote tool accepts STL files up to 20 MiB.
• No account, name, or email address is required to receive the on-screen price.
• The calculated price is based on the uploaded geometry and selected print options. Malformed files, uncertain scale, difficult geometry, or unsupported requirements may need a human review instead.
• Prices exclude delivery and any applicable tax unless those amounts are expressly shown in the quote. Availability, timing, and final cost are confirmed before an order is accepted.
• An automatic price is not acceptance of the job. Adoryl may decline or revise it after checking printability, material availability, rights, and intended use.

Catalogue products

A displayed catalogue product can be ordered directly when its Order now button is available. The product page and checkout identify the item, quantity, price, delivery charge and included options. Images may show an example setting or accessories; only items listed in the product description or order details are included.

Use catalogue products lawfully and for the ordinary purpose described on the Platform. Do not ask Adoryl to alter, certify or supply a product for a prohibited application through checkout notes, messages or later instructions. If an instruction cannot be fulfilled lawfully or as ordered, Adoryl may reject that instruction or cancel and refund the affected item.

Suitable custom work

• Personal projects, student models, hobby parts, and display pieces.
• Non-critical replacement parts, holders, organisers, and adapters.
• Low-load inspection nests, trays, mounts, and assembly aids.
• Extra-low-voltage enclosure prototypes and small runs.
• Packaging, thermoforming, casting, and presentation masters.
• Appearance models and controlled design iterations.

Custom files, source material and instructions

You must own every custom design, source image, prompt and instruction you submit, or have permission broad enough for Adoryl and its named service providers to process, modify and manufacture the requested work. Do not submit trademarked, copyrighted, patented or otherwise protected material unless you have authority to use it this way.

AI 3D private beta

The beta sends prompts and source images server-to-server to Meshy in the United States for AI generation. Do not submit confidential information or a photo that identifies a person. Meshy's non-Enterprise terms allow inputs and outputs to be used to improve and train its services. Its API assets are documented as being retained for up to three days. Review the Meshy Terms of Use and Meshy Privacy Policy before using the beta.

• AI output may need repair or redesign before it can be printed.
• Each job is protected by a secret access token. Keep it private; anyone with the token may be able to open that job.
• Adoryl keeps a private AI job and its downloaded results for 14 days, then deletes them. Save the files you need before they expire.
• For an AI print estimate, size means the model's longest side in millimetres. Adoryl keeps every side in the same proportion.
• Automatic preflight does not guarantee thin details, balance, surface quality, strength, or fit. Adoryl confirms those limits before payment or production.
• The AI beta does not currently take payment. Access is limited, and Adoryl may suspend or revoke beta access to prevent misuse, control cost, or protect the service.

Excluded custom work, instructions and uses

Adoryl does not accept a custom file, modification request, instruction or stated use for any of the following applications:

• Medical, patient-contact, clinical, or dental applications.
• PPE, protective or safety-rated helmets, fire-safety products, or weapons. A decorative cosplay or display object must never be represented or used as protective equipment.
• Food-contact items without customer-owned validation.
• Mains electrical enclosures or claimed certified products.
• Lifting, pressure, gas, structural, vehicle-safety, guarding, or interlock functions.
• Files containing third-party IP without explicit commercial rights.

An automatic STL result is an estimate for custom work, not acceptance of the uploaded job. Adoryl may check the submitted geometry, requested material, instructions, authority and intended use before accepting a custom order.
