Project files and quote requests

Use the project form on the home page or email projects@adoryl.com. Attach your STL, 3MF, OBJ or STEP file when you can. For AI-to-3D work, attach your own image or sketch and explain the intended size and use.

Existing orders

Reply to the email that contains your approved quote so the order reference stays attached. Never send a card number, bank password, PayPal password or one-time code by email.

Online-first service

Adoryl is an online-first service and has no public walk-in counter. Pickup, site visits or video calls are available only when they are expressly arranged for a project.

We do not publish a phone number or street address that is not operated as a customer-support location. The seller and billing details for an accepted order will appear on its quote or invoice.
