Shipping and delivery.

Adoryl ships to addresses in India and selected international destinations. Availability depends on the part, material, destination, carrier service and any export or import limits.

Quote before payment

Give us the delivery country and postal or PIN code when requesting a quote. We review the packed size and weight before confirming the shipping charge, method and expected dispatch date in the approved final quote.

Dispatch and tracking

Dispatch means the parcel has been handed to the carrier. When tracking is available, Adoryl sends the carrier and tracking reference by email. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees; customs, weather, carrier delays and remote-area service can change them.

International charges

Unless the approved quote expressly says otherwise, the recipient is responsible for import duties, taxes or clearance charges imposed by the destination. Refusal to pay a destination charge may cause delay, return or disposal by the carrier.

Address and delivery problems

Check the name, address, country and postal code before accepting the quote. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the outer packaging, label and part, keep the packaging, and email hello@adoryl.com promptly. We will review the carrier record and the available remedy.
