Terms of service.

These terms apply when you use Adoryl's website, request AI-assisted model work, ask for a quote, or place an order. The accepted quote or invoice may add project-specific terms. If they conflict, the accepted quote controls for that project.

Estimates and order acceptance

An automatic estimate does not accept an order. Adoryl may change or decline it after checking the file, material, intended use, rights, delivery and production schedule. An order is accepted only when Adoryl confirms the final quote and receives the acceptance and payment stated in it.

Your files and instructions

You must have the right to use every file, image and prompt you submit, and to let Adoryl and its named providers process and manufacture it. You are responsible for giving accurate dimensions, intended use, delivery details and any important operating conditions. Read the acceptable-use rules before submitting a project.

Custom production

Layer lines, small colour differences and normal process marks are part of FDM printing unless the quote promises a specific finish. Printed polymers can change with heat, UV, chemicals, load and time. Adoryl does not accept the excluded safety-critical uses listed in the acceptable-use rules.

Payment

The currency, amount and payment schedule are stated in the approved final quote. PayPal is only offered for eligible international orders. It cannot be used for a domestic payment from a customer in India; domestic payment is arranged separately. A private payment link applies only to the order reference and amount shown on that page.

Changes, cancellation and delivery

A change after approval may require a new price or dispatch date. The refund and cancellation policy and shipping policy form part of these terms.

Problems and mandatory rights

Contact hello@adoryl.com promptly if something is wrong. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
