Adoryl offers an eligible return or exchange within 7 days from delivery. If more than 7 days have passed since delivery, a change-of-mind return, exchange or refund is not offered, except where applicable law requires another remedy.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received, with its original packaging and included parts. Proof of purchase and the Adoryl order reference are required. A replacement request is approved when the product is verified as defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise eligible under this policy.

A change-of-mind return may not be available for a sale item where that limitation was clearly disclosed before purchase. A sale price does not remove remedies for a product that arrives damaged, defective or materially different from its confirmed description.

Products that cannot be returned for change of mind

Made-to-order products, custom-made or personalised products, products printed from a customer file, completed AI-generated digital models, downloadable files, and products altered, used or damaged after delivery are not returnable merely because the buyer changed their mind. These exclusions do not apply when Adoryl supplied the wrong item or the item is verified as damaged, defective or materially different from its product description or order details.

Whether a product is materially different is assessed against its product description, selected options, order details and any written specification confirmed for the order. Minor colour and surface-finish variations that are normal for made-to-order printing are not defects unless a particular finish was expressly promised.

How to request a return

Email hello@adoryl.com within the eligibility period. Include the order reference, reason and useful photographs. Do not send a product until Adoryl confirms the return and provides the return instructions. Unauthorised parcels may be delayed or returned to the sender.

The buyer pays return shipping for an accepted change-of-mind return. If Adoryl verifies that it supplied a damaged, defective or incorrect item, Adoryl will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping as confirmed in the return instructions.

Inspection and outcome

Once the returned product is received and inspected, Adoryl sends an email confirming receipt and whether the return or exchange is approved. An approved request is then processed under the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
