Terms & Conditions.
Last updated: 22 August 2026.
This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the applicable rules and amended provisions concerning electronic records. It is generated electronically and does not require a physical or digital signature.
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of www.adoryl.com(the “Platform”) and the products and services offered through it. The Platform is owned and operated by Pawan Kumar under the name Adoryl, with a correspondence address at CD-87, Mahavir Enclave Part 1, New Delhi 110045, India. This is an online-first business and the address is not a public walk-in shop.
In these terms, “you”, “your” and “user” mean any individual or organisation using or buying through the Platform. By accessing, browsing or using it, you agree to these terms and the policies incorporated by reference. Please read them before proceeding.
Using the Platform
You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information during checkout, quotation and fulfilment, and to keep it current. You must not use the Platform or its services for anything unlawful, illegal or prohibited by these terms or applicable Indian or local law.
Product descriptions, estimates, images and other materials are provided in good faith. We do not guarantee that every item or service will suit a particular purpose unless that purpose and the required specification are expressly accepted in writing. You are responsible for assessing whether a product or service meets your requirements.
Catalogue products are made to order. The product page and checkout identify the item, quantity, price, delivery charge and any selected options. Product images are illustrative; minor differences in colour, surface finish and dimensions may occur in the manufacturing process.
The Platform's design, layout, text, graphics and other content are owned by or licensed to Adoryl. Using the Platform does not transfer any intellectual-property right, title or interest to you. Unauthorised use may result in action under these terms and applicable law.
Orders and payment
Placing an order requires one acceptance of these Terms and incorporated policies. You agree to pay the charges shown in checkout or an accepted quotation. A catalogue order becomes a legally binding and enforceable contract when Adoryl accepts it after successful payment confirmation. An automatic estimate, abandoned checkout or customer-reported payment reference alone does not constitute acceptance.
Accounts and security
An account is optional for browsing. An account with a verified email is required to place an order, keep a server-side cart and view private order and delivery tracking. You must provide accurate account information, keep your password confidential and promptly tell Adoryl if you believe another person has accessed your account.
You are responsible for activity performed through your valid session unless you reported unauthorised access without unreasonable delay. Adoryl may expire sessions, restrict access or require another sign-in to protect customers, orders or the Platform. Do not share private order links or attempt to access another customer's account or order.
Creating an account requires acknowledgement of these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Adoryl records the accepted policy bundle version. If those documents change before registration completes, you must review and accept the current version.
Domestic payments may use UPI. A transaction reference, screenshot or app message is not proof of settlement; production begins after the exact receiving-account credit and fulfilment details are confirmed. Adoryl will never ask for your UPI PIN, OTP or bank login. PayPal may be offered for eligible international orders.
Paid catalogue orders proceed as made-to-order products under the description and options shown at checkout. If Adoryl cannot fulfil an accepted order, it will cancel the affected item and refund the amount paid. Custom, personalised, file-upload and AI-assisted changes may require separate written confirmation.
Your files and instructions
You must have the right to use every file, image, prompt and instruction submitted to Adoryl and to authorise its processing and manufacture. By placing an order, you confirm that your order instructions are authorised and the product is for a non-safety-critical use. You are responsible for accurate dimensions, intended use and operating conditions. The acceptable-use policy forms part of these terms.
Third-party services
The Platform may link to or use third-party websites, couriers, payment providers and production tools. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Links are provided for convenience and do not transfer responsibility for third-party content to Adoryl.
Liability, indemnity and events outside our control
To the extent permitted by law, Adoryl is not responsible for loss caused by misuse, inaccurate customer instructions, prohibited use, or events outside reasonable control. Neither party is liable for a failure to perform an obligation prevented or delayed by a force-majeure event.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adoryl and its personnel from a third-party claim or penalty arising from your breach of these terms, violation of law, or infringement of another person's rights, including intellectual-property rights. Nothing here excludes a liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these terms and will publish the revised date on this page. Accepted orders remain governed by the policy version recorded at checkout. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, subject to any mandatory consumer forum or remedy available by law.
The Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Return Policy and Shipping Policy form part of these terms. Questions can be sent to hello@adoryl.com or raised by phone at +91 88820 19875, Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 IST.
